Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of twenlo (the "Service"), operated by Jalma Hultsfred AB, Sweden. By creating an account you accept these terms. Contact: jonas@jalma.se.
1. What the Service does
twenlo lets you build and publish a website directly in your browser. The Free plan gives you a
published site at your-name.minsajt.se with unlimited pages, with no time limit. Paid plans
(Pro, Premium) remove the twenlo badge and let you connect a custom domain.
2. Account
You create an account with an email and password, or sign in via a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for protecting your password. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the right to use it (text, images, trademarks).
3. Plans, pricing and payment
The Free plan is free for as long as you like — no trial period, no commitment. Paid plans (Pro/Premium) are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe at the price shown in the Service at the time of purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable. No commitment — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Annual billing gives two months free compared to monthly billing. Payment is handled by Stripe; their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer under Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To withdraw within 14 days, email jonas@jalma.se for a refund. If we have already registered a domain for you (Premium), the domain cost cannot be refunded, since the registration has already been made. Businesses (companies, associations acting in their trade) are not consumers and are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Cancellation and downgrade
You can cancel a paid plan at any time; it continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew, with no refund for the current period. If payment fails, the site falls back to the Free tier (minsajt.se address, twenlo badge) — your content remains.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to distribute malware, to circumvent technical restrictions, or to publish content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost content or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
8. Data and privacy
How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service. Swedish law applies.
